Special Treasures & Rearranging Furn.

I am so lucky, I've recently won two giveaways, and wow, are they ever wonderful.  This special gift is from Marydon @ Blushing Rose.  Such a precious lady, you really do need to get to know her if you don't already.   Look at that fabulous cookbook.  Just my style.  Do you see that little package at the top of the tea towel, that's a Chocolate Truffle.  YUMMMMMMM.

Now can you believe Rooster soap.  How cute is that.

This Tea Towel is absolutely gorgeous.  Look at that precious Rooster.  Thank you so much Marydon, I just love it.

Then I won these beautiful teaspoons from Jenny @ Simcoe Street.  So stunning and it came with a lovely card and some tea too. Now you really need to visit Jenny too.  So talented and I love her blog.

Just look at all the different teapots on the spoons.  Aren't they the cutest thing you have ever seen?  Thank you so much Jenny, I am thrilled with them.

In preparation for Christmas, I did a little rearranging of furniture in the familyroom.  Now I know you are sick of this room, and I promise I won't show it again for a long time, however  I do like the new arrangement so much better.  I brought in different end tables and lamps from other rooms in the house. Now the furniture seems more in scale with the room.

This is looking back towards the breakfast room.  The kitchen is open to these spaces on the right, so it creates a nice great room.  This is where we spend most of our time.

I don't know why I didn't think about using this drop leaf gateleg table sooner.  So much better and it even has a little drawer.  I needed a different lamp though.

Well, ask and you shall receive.  I found this wonderful rooster lamp at GW a few days ago for $14.99.  Love the pretty shade too.

It's perfect for this spot. Love the brown and white color of the rooster.  Not much Christmas Decor going on, but I am trying to unpack boxes, and eventually it will happen.  This is all I've found so far. lol

Thank you ladies again for my wonderful gifts.  It definitely feels like Christmas a little early.

Thanks so much for stopping by.  I always look forward to your visits.
