Hoping - Wishing - Dreaming

For over a week the temps have been between 110 -113, and they say Tuesday it will be 115.  I really need somewhere cool.  This was the pool at our last house.  Do you suppose if I - - - - -

HOPE - WISH

DREAM

long enough it will magically appear in my new backyard.

Nah - I didn't think so either.  Guess I better go water that money tree.

See you this evening for Table Top Tuesday.

  4. Every single summer I stare into our boring hot yard and I say to my husband, "Who lives in Arizona and doesn't have a pool, for crying out loud!?" That would be us. Thinking of spending the weekend at the Pointe Squaw Peak to enjoy the lazy river if it weren't for the thousands of kids descending on it. Or would that be the Pointe Piestewa?

  12. LOL! If only there were actual money trees!
Your pool & the landscaping were beautiful. I can't imagine the temps being that high. This Northeasterner would surely pass out in that kind of heat.

  13. That is a very nice pool you had. We had one on our first house, too, but hubby did not want one here plus we have a vein of granite three feet under ground out back anyway. Nothing wrong with dreaming.

  18. Marty, I don't think a money tree could survive 115 degrees! Your old yard was so beautiful. I can see why you are dreaming of it! I hope you get some relief soon. So far we have more rain than heat! See you tonight for TTT! Linda
