Welcome to the 114th Table Top Tuesday. I am taking my post outside today to the front porch. The weather has been super hot, but finally we had a couple of days that cooled off again, so I decided to sit in the shade on the front porch and have a glass of wine and relax. Such a great way to spend an hour or so and just enjoy the nice weather.
I try to keep the entry really simple and plain since it isn't very big. Just a couple of potted plants.
If you were here I would pour you a glass of wine and we could rock and chat for hours.
I am joining Alison at The Polo House for Favorites on the First. This month she is featuring front doors. Be sure to visit and you will definitely be inspired to spruce up your area.
Thanks so much for stopping by, I always look forward to your visits.

Marty, your front porch looks like the perfect spot to rock and watch the world go by. We have to enjoy these not-yet-too-hot days while we can!

ReplyDeleteWe just walked into the house after a trip to see one of J's doctors in St Louis (good news this time). On the way down and back I wondered if I would be here in time to link up.LOL It is about a 100 mile round trip and of course, you know I have to do some meandering!

hello lovely lady,
ReplyDeleteI finally have something that qualifies for the party!
The basket on the door is so cute. I just got a similar basket at an estate sale and was wondering where to use it. Now I know!
Thanks
Rhonda
Well, if I were there I would drink a glass of wine with you and munch some cheese and crackers! Doesn't that sound nice?? Does to me. I would say "so what's the latest gossip, Marty!" and you would say.."Mona, PLEASE, I do NOT gossip!" and we would drink our wine. Another glass ...and I would say.."what's the latest gossip, Marty..?" and you would say.."well, the other day I was at the store and ran into.." :):)
ReplyDeleteYour front door looks stunning! Very Marty!!
Hugs,
Mona
It looks lovely, Marty. Make mine a cold soda or water , I don't drink!
ReplyDeleteHope you get to spend some time out there. Still too cold here for porch sitting, and we have to wait for the pollen invasion to set up, or everything will be green!
