Christmas In July

There are so many fun parties and Christmas in July is here, so of course I had to join.  Here are a few of the vignettes I had last Christmas.

Since my kitchen is where I spend most of my time, this is the place I like to decorate first.  My favorite cloche is decorated with a few toys and sits beside my Raggedy Santa.  Fun vignette for the children.

Christmas ornaments are the perfect size.

A sleigh filled with poinsettas, pinecones and berries adds a little of the season to the island.

More pinecones and berries next to some roosters for a country look.

My favorite of all is a Nativity Scene under a cloche on the dining room table.

I am joining the following parties:

Don't forget tonight I will have up the SUMMER CLOCHE PARTY.  It is going to replace our regular TTT this week.  Can't wait, see you there.

  8. Marty, Love your Christmas in July post. I am also having a Christmas in July celebration that has been going on the entire month over @ my Christmas blog. I would love to link this post up to the list of those celebrating Christmas in July on my Side bar. Let me know if it would be okay. All I ask is a shout out about the celebration going on over at A Debbie-Dabble Christmas....

  11. As soon as I heard you were having this party, I went on the search for a cloche, because I have never owned one. I was hoping to have it by this time, but I couldn't find on at GW or Hob Lob or Michaels that I liked. So as of today, I have ordered two, one from e-bay and one from Amazon, so I will be ready to play at your party next time! Until then, I have to figure out how to link up to these parties, and apparently, link back, to give credit. I don't know these procedures, so I have not joined TTT yet. But I'm getting there. Thanks, Marty, for this party. I learned of some more great sites out there. Judy @ A Place to Gather

  12. Marty,
Thanks so much for participating in the Celebration of Christmas in July over at A Debbie-Dabble Christmas!
It was such fun, wasn't it?
I will be leaving the links on my Side Bar until October.
Hopefully, next year I will be organized enough to do a Christmas in July Linky Party!
    Thanks again!
    Hugs,
    Debbie
