One More Touch of Fall for the Living Room

When I made the velvet pumpkin centerpiece for the dining table, you can see that post here, I needed to put the cornucopia somewhere, so I moved it to the coffee table in the living room.  That called for a little bit of rearranging.

I replaced the rusty/orange runner with a white one.  This gives the table a lighter look.

Just enough rusty/orange to tie in with the pillow.

A tiny bit of aqua in the arrangement, helps to tie the entire vignette to the room.

The white runner definitely helps to keep the rusty/orange fall color subtle.  Love that.

  1. Marty,
I'm smitten with your touches of Aqua in your Fall decor! The addition of the Aqua hydrangea in your floral arrangement is subtle and stunning! The hue of your pumpkin under the cloche brings another elegant touch of Aqua in this vignette! Magnificient, dear friend!
    Fondly,
    Pat

  3. Heavenly calm, Lady M... love the aqua touch.

Hmmmm... do you think aqua fits to my olive green couch? I am so tired and done with this color scheme now. But I have priorities. Leave and will visit old mum on the 30th, so need to save for shopping down there.

BTW... do you have a blogger design who swapped your blogger to net? Let me as I am need to upgrade mine too.

    Happy mid-week, Lady M.

  15. Although I am not crazy about cornucopias I love how you have added the different colors together. Great idea and one I will keep in mind.
