You'll need some won-ton skins, chopped green chili's, and either mozzarella or jack cheese shredded. (I made 200 so I used 4 packages of skins, 3 cans of chili's and one large bag of mozzarella and 1/2 bag of jack cheeses.)
Continue the same process until all the meat mixture is gone. This batch made about 200, but you can cut it back or make more, however many you think you will need.
To serve, deep fry in a large sauce pan, place a few of the won tons in at a time and fry until they are brown and the shells are crispy. (Put them in frozen, they thaw very fast). They take just a couple of minutes, so don't over cook. Place on a paper towel to drain and serve warm with some salsa for dipping.
My family loves these and will definitely eat all 200. I hope you give them a try. A little time consuming with all the wrapping, but oh soooooooooo good.
We need plenty of finger food so we can eat in front of the TV, so our menu includes:
Won Tons
Orange Chicken Poppers
Mini Chimis
Mini Tacos
Sliders
BBQ Wings
Taquitos
Veggie Tray and Dips
Chips and Nuts
Wine and Assorted Sodas
