Accessories Decor-Amazing

If you are looking for some accessories for your home,  I went through a store the other day that would totally blow your mind.  It takes hours to go through this place, and they have so many beautiful things, you just want one of each.  Here's just a little bit of what they have.

Welcome to Garden Ridge in Mesa, Arizona.

Yes, this little pig just had to come home with me.  Just way toooooooooo cute.

This was just a sampling, there is tons of furniture, rugs and garden pots and accessories too.  Amazing place.  I definitely need to go back, totally worth the drive.  DH found some things he wanted for the garden, you know silly stuff like plant dollies and planters.  Not my thing, but he had fun, and it was nice spending a day with him.

I am joining the following parties:

Danielle @ Silver Pennies for Silver Pennies Sunday
Elaine @ Sunny Simple Life for Sunny Simple Sundays
Aimee @ Twigg Studios for Sunday Showoff Party
Katie @ Creatively Living for Monday Funday Party

  4. Marty- What a great looking place. What fun to go through it. Is it a wholesaler place...discounting if you have a shop/store? How were the prices? We have a smaller scale place like that not far from here- xo Diana

  9. HI Marty! Oh, my! That's a great looking Garden Ridge. We have one fairly close by, we have nothing on the island, but it doesn't look as well stocked as yours does! I love it!

  12. I've been meaning to see if there is a Garden Ridge in our area, Marty. I've heard good things, but have never seen pictures of the inside. This would be as bad as Hobby Lobby for me!

  13. Garden Ridge, the store, began in Garden Ridge, the town, outside of San Antonio. I remember the first time I ever went, had to be at least 20 years ago if not longer. My sister and I each filled a cart to the brim as we walked through this huge warehouse--actually, as I recall, it was two warehouses joined together with plants and such in between. Several hours later, we got a third cart and refined our selection. (We had to go through and decide what we could and could not afford. Even at those prices, I would have hated to see the bill for our original choices!) There's now a Garden Ridge in Austin, at least a couple of them, but the closest is about an hour's drive. Still, we rarely ever go. As with most things, the now hardly compares to the then. Magnify that by the fact that neither of us need a single darn thing. Oh, well....

  14. Oh, lucky you! I used to go to Garden Ridge years ago and always found something neat. I don't know why, but the last few times I went, they had started carrying a lot of really low quality merchandise and the store needed a "face lift". It's kind of far from me, but maybe I'll check it out again to see if it's better now. Your little pig chef is so cute. I can see why he come home with you. Enjoy your Garden Ridge. :)

  26. Hi Marty, I am coming to Mesa next Saturday for four days-if hubby and I were driving I'd definitely hit this store. I also know there is a Swap Meet in Mesa(not sure when); again if we had a car-maybe next time we visit.

  55. Hello! I live in Chandler, AZ and also have been to Garden Ridge twice. I fell in love with the one in San Antonio, Texas, where my family lives. I was so excited when they finally opened one here! I just bought a lamp there...I am eyeing a recliner there for hubby and their silk plants are amazing too!

  56. Oh my stars, thank you! We moved to a huge (to us) house in San Tan Valley from tiny military housing San Diego about a year ago and I've been wondering where to shop!

  57. Interesting. Never heard of it before. You should check out the Union at the Biltmore. It's local shops with handmade and vintage things.
