I got a lot of great comments about my green animal plates in my last post here. You can see all the detail in that post. They really are fun, and have been everywhere in my house, even on the wall.
This is a view of my breakfast area wall collage that I had a couple of years ago. Lots of white ironstone and a mix of one green plate and an antique platter.
As you saw in my last post, my green plates even wind up in a tablescape every once in a while. Each plate has a different animal.
Then I changed things out and added this large shelf and painting. Everything got finished off with more plates. My green animal plates were the star of the show again.
Of course I change things up all the time, so black and white transferware took center stage.
A pig and rooster hang in the kitchen on a small sliver of wall.

Fun decorating accessories, If I can't eat off my plates, then I hang them on the wall. lol

ReplyDeleteMy heart goes pitter pat when I look at the black and white transfer ware with the black polka dot rooster. I means, seriously, a black polka dot rooster! Cutest thing ever. I love the way you display your beautiful dishes. It obviously brings you joy and I love that you share with us.

This past week, I added to my white ironstone dinnerware.
