French Country Christmas
Did you all survive Thanksgiving. Ours was wonderful and we are having another one today, so I have a turkey breast and dressing in the oven, green bean casserole, candied yams, mashed potatoes, gravy and cranberry sauce all ready to go in the oven While that is all cooking away, I have been playing and creating another small French Country Christmas vignette for the kitchen. Here's a little sneak peak.

Very pretty...and in light off your second feast...very ambitious. Thanks for inviting us for a sneak peak at what's to come. Cherry Kay
ReplyDeleteHope you're having a nice Thanksgiving. I love the peak -- can't wait to see the full reveal!
ReplyDeleteMarty I love it and can't wait for the whole reveal!! Enjoy your weekend, Martina
ReplyDeleteMarty, your vignette looks wonderfully Frenchy. I like it very much. Sounds as if you have everything under control. Your menu sounds yummy even though I'm stuffed with Thanksgiving goodness.------Shannon
ReplyDeleteOur Thanksgiving was so so since the turkey did not cooperate and cook correctly. Darn that Tom turkey. Now my dog is sick from eating stuff she shouldn't have. I haven't even begun decorating for Christmas yet. I hope you enjoy your second Thanksgiving. I need a do over. I am cooking just breasts next time.
ReplyDeleteHave a wonderful second Thanksgiving. How pretty your sneak peek is!
ReplyDeleteHi Marty,
ReplyDeleteVery pretty French display. Now all you need are my wine stoppers that I posted on my blog.
Dee :-)

Hi, Marty, so glad you had a good Thanksgiving. Every year I think, "This is the best one yet" and then, when the next one comes around, it's even better.:)

Very pretty! It's fun to start decorating for Christmas with little vignettes here and there.
ReplyDeleteMarty, your vignettes are always lovely! I'm getting ready for Christmas too! I just love your cloche! I'm ready for your big reveal!
ReplyDeleteCharming vignettes. But everything you do is always so lovely. I can't believe you had a second Thanksgiving. But you did it all with such grace. And made these beautiful vignettes too. You are amazing Marty!!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the teaser...waiting to see what's next!
ReplyDeleteHugs, GraceinAZ
The cheese and grapes under that cloche look so refreshing after all of the heavy (but completely yummy) food we've been eating the past few days. You always make everything look so beautiful! Can't wait to see the reveal!
ReplyDeleteRobin

Hope you had a good 2nd Thanksgiving dinner. I'me loving your French Country look so far. Will be back tomorrow for the rest of it.
ReplyDeleteYou had the same menu I had yesterday, minus the yams. We had a delayed celebration due to other family obligations. Everyone just left a bit ago - may do a little decorating later today (maybe).
ReplyDeleteI can't wait to see your big reveal. I'll probably try to copy you because I love the idea of a French Country Christmas. (Not saying I'll succeed... just that I'll try!)
ReplyDeleteHappy Christmas Season!
Looks so pretty Marty!
ReplyDeleteLove the arrangement with the pheasnt feathers. I would love to have one of those here.
