Seems like I have been shuffling lamps around all over the house. I borrowed the candlestick lamp off of the buffet in the dining area for hubby's nightstand, so that left the buffet looking really naked. I remembered seeing quite a few when I was at "At Home" to get lampshades, so I made a trip to see what I could find. There is so much to see it is almost mind boggling.
They probably have the best selection of lampshades I've ever seen and the prices are so reasonable.
They have tons of tabletop accessories. Horse heads and busts are so popular now and they have a great selection.
When I was hunting for a mirror for the bedroom, I forgot to look here. There are 4 huge aisles of nothing but mirrors.
This peacock mirror has been popular for a while and this one is HUGE. I think the price was $129. Not bad for such a stunning mirror.
Since it's time to spiff up the patio, they had a huge bin full of gorgeous outdoor pillows and there were about 5 or 6 aisles at the front of the store with all kinds of outdoor cushions.
I really like all the pretty outdoor table top accessories too.
If you can't keep those potted plants growing by the front door, here are some amazing faux's. I love the sphere shape and can you see the 3 pom pom ones behind them.
This is how many aisles of rugs they have. You could spend days just looking at rugs.
Ok, what did I buy?
I love the pretty distressed finish.
Just what I needed for the buffet.
If you havn't been to "At Home" lately, you should make a trip,
(This is not a sponsored post, I just thought you might like to tag along as I shopped.)
I hope every one has a fabulous Memorial Day. Thanks and God Bless to all our Service Men and Women.

I have never been to an At Home store, Marty, but it looks to be a fabulous experience. The lamp and shade you purchased are very pretty! Happy Memorial Day!
ReplyDeleteWow, if you can't find a lamp there . . . ! What a selection of items! I don't think we have a store like that near us. I will have to look online. Love the prices!
ReplyDeleteWe love to go to At Home, but, unfortunately, we only get there when we have reason to go to the Richmond, VA, area--it's the closest one to us here in Northern VA. I'm always amazed at how many different things they sell! Next time I'm there, I'll be sure and look at the lampshades--you're right about the reasonable prices for them. Thanks for sharing your new lamp!
ReplyDeleteHow I wish there was a store like that here! WOW!!!!! Love that peacock mirror and that cute lamp you got! What a bargain too! Thanks for the shopping tour!

Hi Marty,
ReplyDeleteLove the lamp you chose. Sadly, there are no 'At Home' stores anywhere near me, but that's ok because I would probably get into all kinds of trouble in there : )
