Thanksgiving Table Tour

How to create something new and different just by shopping your home.  Thanksgiving Table Decor to inspire you.

I am thrilled to be joining Thanksgiving Table Tours hosted by Tammy @ Pink Peppermint Design. If you are coming over from
Heathered Nest welcome.  I am sure you were as inspired by her table decor as I always am.  Be sure to check out all the othr 18 ladies sharing their designs at the end of this post.

I usually host Thanksgiving, however this year we will be celebrating with all the family at my daughter's new home.  This will be her first Thanksgiving in her new house and she is excited to host and celebrate the season.

Even though we won't be home, I like to have a pretty table set for the Fall season.  Today I am sharing my table in the Breakfast area.  Fall seems relaxing and casual to me so my table reflects that style.

I love to mix metals, so I've set the table with gold and silver.

I shopped the house to pull together my collection of gourds, pumpkins and acorns.  We have a mix of silver, velvet and wood but they all seem to work for me.

When you set the table with some of your favorite things, it always looks perfect.
Simple Casual Fall

Here are a few more Thanksgiving Tables from the past.

Add sparkle to your table with gold flatware, salad dishes and gold trimmed stems.

Goodwill & Thrift Store finds can create a beautiful table.

Almost everything on this table was found at Goodwill.

Be sure to stop by DIY Decor Mom next, her table will definitely inspire you.  Then make sure you haven't missed any of these beautiful tables.  There is definitely something for everyone.

  1. Miss Marty you are truly queen of the tablescapes! We are traveling to Nashville to spend the holiday with Alyssa Lou. But like you I like a fall themed table to enjoy all season long. Beautiful!

  4. Marty, I was debating (with myself) if I should do a Thanksgiving setting for my table, since we will not be here. Well, now I have my answer. Of coarse I should.
    Thank you

  5. How exciting to get to celebrate in your daughter's new home this year! I love the idea of mixing in gourds and acorns. We have a TON of acorns from our oak trees this year...I wish I had thought to use some of them! ;) Your table is beautiful Marty. Thanks so much for being a part of the tour! :)

  6. Marty your use of two runners is so different and awesome! I love it! Also love the mix of pumpkins. I mean, "Gimme all the pumpkins!" I love them so much that one year I made a snow man by stacking my white pumpkins. I just couldn't say goodbye after Thanksgiving!

I hope you have a beautiful holiday at your daughter's new home!
