142nd TTT and Thanksgiving Table

Welcome to the 142nd Table Top Tuesday.

We will be having 14 for Thanksgiving, so I am doing two tables this year.  One in the living room/dining area and one in the breakfast room.

I want my table to coordinate with the living area since it is all one room, so I did a table in Aqua and Rust.

An Aqua and Brown stripe linen tablecloth creates a casual setting, so I kept the placesettings casual too.

I am using the same velvet pumpkin centerpiece that I had on the table, just rearranged a little and added the rust candles.

Everyday white dishes, flower salad bowls and everyday silverware.  I did add a gold charger for a little bit of bling.

I found the aqua bubble glass stems on the clearance aisle of Pier 1 years ago.  Perfect for this tablesetting.

I love the combination of the aqua and the rust, and the way it all ties into the living room using what I already had.  That makes it even more fun.

I hope you and your family have a very Blessed Thanksgiving.

Please continue to pray for our Blogging Friend Ceekay ( Thinkin' of Home).  Also we havn't reached our goal of fulfilling her dream to take her family to Disneyland yet, you can still purchase one of Laura's Elves or donate with the paypal button on my sidebar.  You can read the whole story here.

  10. G´day Lady M...

Your Thanksgiving table looks so beautiful and welcoming. I can't see that your treasure your have on your TT (Thanksgiving Table) is your daily gadgets. They are adorable (at least to me, who don't have the same, living standard as you have in The US).

Very simple yet so elegant, indeed.

Hope you have a great Thanksgiving Day & a holiday in Friday. Whoop whoop... a quiet day for a banker like me, as long USA is on holiday.

    P.S.
I will see to it to send my donation to CeeKay(on w/end)and I will let you know if I encounter any problem. If so ever, I will send in away to a friend of mine who will be in Stockholm on NOv. 30 and will send to you or so. May God bless our bloggie friend.

    Hugs,
    /Chie

Thanksgiving here in Canada was back in early Oct so it is interesting to think about having you having yours at this time of year. Hope you have a joyous and meaningful celebration!
