Our Tree-Living Room Tour

This year I went with a really simple tree.  I didn't even use half of the ornaments, but I like the simple look we have.  Here are a few pics showing the living and dining room decor.













 I did add all of the ornaments that were always on the tree when my children were small.  (here are just a few)











 Lights on and tons of shine and sparkle.








 The top of the china cabinet got a little decor too.

 I love this tensil tree I found at GW, it has become one of my favorite decorations.












 Simple wreath on the dining room window.


 We will be blessed will all of our children here and all of our grandchildren except two, so this will definitely be a very special and Blessed Christmas.

  7. Everything looks so pretty, Marty! I didn't use about half my ornaments either. I have a small tree in our sunroom that displays my favorite ornaments from when our kids were little. I can't wait to actually go through everything come January and sort through it all.

  10. Marty, everything looks so nice! I love your tree, especially the rocking horse ornaments. Those have always been a favorite of mine since I was little! It is so inviting. :)

  14. So pretty, Marty. I've put fewer decorations on my tree this year, too. Actually, our two little grandsons helped decorate it, which was a lot of fun.

    Your Christmas tree is magnificient!!! I love its location in front of the window where it catches the light!
    The vignette on the coffee table and the vignette on the dining room table are so soothing, yet festive!!!
    Gorgeous wreath!!!
    Looks as if Santa has already deemed you a "good girl"...a house full of family at Christmas has to be the BEST gift ever!!! Blessed, indeed!!!

  29. I know you are sooooo excited to have everyone for Christmas. Looks like you are ready for them. Your tree is gorgeous and everything is so festive. Love, the Santa on top of the china cabinet.
    I am not decorating this year since we will be going to Tennessee and Illinois for Christmas. I am insisting that they all come here next year because I a fast getting to the point it may be too much for me.
