376th Inspire Me Tuesday

Welcome to the 376th Inspire Me Tuesday.  There is so much going on out there with all of you guys and your talent, it is inspiring me to think outside the box and to dream big.  With a new home we have tons of things that need to be done inside and outside is a total blank slate, so I am always looking for new ideas and you guys never disappoint.

Need some inexpensive inspiration for jazzing up your patio?  Well these are not your typical DIY projects, these cross over into the Oh So Chic & Stylish category.  Check out The Style Safari for a tutorial on making these stunning patio accessories.

This is my dream bathroom.  This makeover is beyond AMAZING and STUNNING.  Go check out every single detail at Panoply.  Rita describes this renovation as Bathroom to Spa and she is so right.

Here is another bathroom makeover that is full of inspiration too.  Rever en Couteur proves that a great classic remodel is always in style and a few simple accessories and wallpaper is all it took to give it a whole new makeover.

I think Kristi from Chatfield Court and I are related.  Even after just redoing her dining area, she has continued to make changes.  Check out her blog to see how swapping out different chairs & removing a rug totally changes the mood and feel of the room.  I love it and think you'll be amazed at her final chair selection.  (Spoiler alert - this isn't the final arrangement)

I think all of us have been caught up in trying to follow the current style trend and then found out it just wasn't us.  Summer @ Raising A Farmhouse was caught up in that cycle too until she decided to just follow HER STYLE.  Love her Modern French Country kitchen.  Check out all her changes.

Ok, let's see what you have for this week.

  4. Hi Marty! Wow! You have had so many changes in your life since I last "saw" you! I am going to have to spend some time going through your archives to see the posts about your new house and your new tagline. I finally got to retire so I hope to have time to get back into blogging and catching up with blog friends. I'm thankful you are still hosting your party for us.

  5. Marty, thank you so much for the feature. It's both humbling and an honor. I feel in good company with each of Marie, Kristi and Summer for various reasons on their room changes. It takes time and a willingness to work through design and arrangements to get what you feel is right in your home. Embracing one's style isn't always easy to do when trends aren't aligned with what you feel is right for you. I have found I am definitely a traditionalist. Thanks for letting us each share our home pride with your weekly party.
