I love brown and white transferware and most that I see is a light brown color. I found this one plate at a thrift store a while back and it is a really dark brown. I love the look.
Isn’t it a beautiful pattern and color. All the identity there is on the back of the plate is “Two’s Company”. If you know more about the pattern, I would love to know.
When I was doing the spring cleaning in the LR and DR, I decided to use the plate on the DR table in a vignette. I moved the silver champagne bucket floral arrangement from the coffee table and added my little dog figurine. A dark brown table runner finished off the display.
This ties in so well with the beige, brown and white theme I have going on. It looks so quiet and restful to me.
