Since I broke my foot, my darling hubby has done most of the decorating, but I thought I would tweak the kitchen just a bit.
Since food is my theme, I placed a faux cupcake on my antique scale. I love the little Mouse and her sweet little apron and bonnet have lots of stockings, packages and candy canes on them.
Love her cute little tail with the bow too.
A little red ribbon tied to a topiary fills in the space nicely.
On the back counter, my little angel keeps watch over the kitchen in my favorite rooster cloche.
Santa took over the back corner- - -
Mr. Santa Chef is arriving in his golden sleigh filled with tons of goodies.
A brass candy scale filled with faux donuts and a bundle of wheat.
Santa Chef is a Goodwill find from last year. Isn't he just the cutest ever!!
He's surrounded by all kinds of fruit, flowers, pinecones and pulled by some sassy roos.
Just some fun and whimsey for Christmas.
Now let the baking begin. Are you knee deep in flour too?

Your kitchen looks great! And I am so sorry that your broke your foot. A year ago I fell and broke my wrist and had extensive surgery. It's been a long year coming back. I'm not 100% but I am so thankful that I am able to use my hand to do the things I love this year.
