Easter this year is so different from anyone we have ever experienced. Our world is going through a really rough time. While we are all staying home and protecting ourselves and everyone else, we find that we are a little isolated from our family this year – no Easter Egg hunts with the children, big family dinners and lots of laughter and family time. Instead, we will be praying for all our loved ones, friends, doctors, nurses, and all those first responders. We will also pray for all the people continuing to work to fill the grocery stores, the pharmacies and all the necessary businesses that keep things half way normal. Most of all we will thank God for all His Blessings and Mercies. We know He is in control. I am sending my prayers for each and every one of you that you are safe and healthy.
I am cooking a Turkey that I had in the freezer and creating a special dinner for just the two of us with all the fixings and thanking the Lord for such a fabulous bounty. God Bless You and Your Family.
