Bloggers are given a challenge each month to create their own interpretation of a gorgeous image from Pinterest. Our inspiration this month comes from Sara Joy on How To Decorate With Real Branches For Fall.
If you are coming over from Our Southern Home, welcome. I am sure you enjoyed her beautiful Fall Branches vignette as much as I did.
The things that caught my eye are how she uses a chair as her main centerpiece to showcase a basket of fall branches gathered from her yard. The addition of a few pumpkins and a bright yellow throw add tons of pretty color and interest to her vignette.
I created my version of How To Decorate With Branches for Fall by adding a basket of branches and a couple of pumpkins to a chair in the corner of my bedroom. She uses a fireplace hearth to hold her lantern and pumpkin, I am using an ottoman that I had sitting under a window. She places a pair of shoes at the foot of the chair and I did the same. My throw is a bright orange plaid to add some color to my vignette too. Since I live in the desert, I didn’t have any real fall branches, so I used a grouping of faux stems and twigs that I had in my stash.
This was fun to try and create my own inspiration version of How To Decorate With Branches for Fall.
