Thinking Ahead To Easter

It seems like it has been forever since we could have normal holidays and family get-togethers.  I am so glad things are beginning to get back to normal.  I love Easter and love to have all the family over and hide eggs for the little ones.  It is such a perfect family time, so I have been thinking ahead to Easter.  I love to plan a fabulous meal and set a pretty table, so I thought I would show you a couple of tablescapes that I have done in the past.

If we have the whole family over, I usually do two tables, one in the dining room and one in the breakfast room.  This is one I did a couple of years ago in the dining room.  I love the mix of my good crystal and Faberge Egg dishes with the casual table runners and basket centerpiece.

The centerpiece is just a mix of a few odd things that I love and remind me of outdoors.  The large basket holds my wicker wrapper vase with a few budding branches.  A bee skep sits on a tin footed tray next to a small plant and one of my Faberge Egg plates rests on a plate stand.

Each place setting is done with a different egg plate and Faberge Egg.

    Hi Marty,
I am so glad you are thinking about Easter and your family being together. You all have had so much loss so it makes my heart happy you are thinking positive and want to get ready for an Easter gathering with your wonderful family. Enjoy getting ready and planning things out.

This is amazing. I would love it if you would share this on the Fabulous Friday Link Party this Friday. You can find the link on my website, Peacock Ridge Farm. Blessings to you.
