I have a new part-time roommate, so I made a few changes to get his room ready. I set up his bed in the loft next to my office. That way I can still work and keep an eye on him. He’s a handsome young man that is 51/2 months old and I adore him. I love it when I get to babysit any of my grandchildren and especially when I get to take care of them a couple of days a week.
A porta-crib is perfect for my needs and of course a fun play mat with some fun toys is a must.
This sweet guy is the apple of my eye. I am having so much fun playing with him. Meet Luke, such a fun and happy baby.
Being able to take care of him a couple of days a week is just the Blessing I’ve needed. Jim and I got to take care of his big Brother Ryan 4 years ago, so this is a special treat again. I know Jim would be having as much fun as I am. I’m sure he’s watching from Heaven and enjoying every minute.

Sweet baby! I kept my first grandchild while going through a tough period. He was heaven sent. He is almost eleven now. I will always cherish that time with him. I know you are enjoying your little one. He is blessed with you as his grandmother.

How blessed you are to see your beautiful Luke several days a week. He is fortunate to have his grandmother nearby as well.
We just saw our 6 yr old grandson for the first time yesterday in 2 1/2 years. We have mIssed him so much! Enjoy the making of memories every day you’re with him.
