Dessert Coffee Bar

You know how you find yourself down a rabbit hole on Pinterest – — well that is where I went the other day.  I am having company for dinner and I love to serve coffee after the meal or with dessert.  I stumbled across this fabulous post sharing how to make Homemade Coffee Syrups.  Well, I already have some that I usually just set out, then I thought why not create a small Dessert Coffee Bar in my kitchen?   We make old-fashioned coffee in a pot and drink the whole thing in the morning.  I also love to brew some specialty blends in the evening as kind of a dessert coffee.  I love coffee, hot or cold.  In the morning I am a plain black coffee person.  No sugar or cream, but in the evening – well that’s another whole story.  Sometimes I just want a hot cup of coffee with sugar and cream.  Then there are times when I want a nice Coffee-Kahlua-Cream, or maybe a Coffee-Amaretta-Cream.  Sometimes with dessert, I really like a nice cold coffee with mocha or caramel and whipped cream.  They’re all wonderful and make a really great treat. Welcome to Home & Decor Encore! My friends and I have been blogging for many years, so we have a ton of fabulous content from the past.  Home & Decor Encore is where we dig into our archives and bring back some old posts that we can update and make fresh or ones you might have missed or are new to you!   Doreen from Hymns and Verses, keeps it all put together and us all organized.  You can see my entire post showing how I set up my Dessert Coffee Bar and then be sure to check out what my friends are sharing this week.

It was so wonderful to visit with you today! I remember coming to your blog many years ago. It is always so nice to come back again to a blog you once visited and find that the blogger is still blogging. May God bless you this autumn season! 🙂
