Getting The Patio Ready For Fall

Our weather this time of year is perfect.  We suffer through 3 months of really hot – hot – hot temps during the summer and then Fall arrives and it is perfect.  70 to 80 degrees every day and nothing but sunshine.  This is why we live here.  No snow to shovel and yet we can be in the snow if we want to with just a 2-hour drive.  I love that I can sit on the patio and enjoy our wonderful weather from now until next June.   Time for getting the patio ready for fall.   Adding fall color is so easy.  I love switching out the pillows and adding a comfy throw blanket to cuddle up with on cooler evenings.  Camel is my favorite fall color.  Adding some leather pillows and a little plaid pillow in camel was all the patio needed. I love sitting in the wicker chair, it’s my favorite place to sit and see the pool and yard.   Summer was too hot to do a ton of landscaping on this side of the yard, but now that the temperatures are cooler, I think it is time to start.  I still want to add some plants and a fire pit and chairs, so stay tuned. Welcome to Home & Decor Encore! My friends and I have been blogging for many years, so we have a ton of fabulous content from the past.  Home & Decor Encore is where we dig into our archives and bring back some old posts that we can update and make fresh or ones you might have missed or are new to you!   Doreen from Hymns and Verses, keeps it all put together and us all organized.  You can see my entire post Getting The Patio Ready For Fall and then be sure to check out what my friends are sharing this week.
