When summer hits, I love to strip down the bedroom to something light and simple. I pack away all those extra quilts and blankets and lighten up the linens to create a Simple Cool Master.
I kept the mostly white bedding that I already had, I just got rid of the camel blanket that I was using at the bottom of the bed. Here is the before.
I changed out the pillows, but kept the same color scheme.
These fun tassel pillows and plaid lumbar added just enough pattern and texture.
I am loving the light and airy plant I added to this corner earlier this year. With summer I am trying to wear a hat as much as possible, so to remind me I keep it on the bench. Sandals usually wind up there too.
The nightstand pretty much stayed the same.
Not a lot of changes, but keeping the linens mostly white definitely feels more like summer.
