S'mores Dip

Everyone loves their own personal dessert and this one will make everyone happy, especially the kids.  Any kind of dessert in a small mini cast iron skillet looks yummy and who doesn't love S'mores?

Ingredients

  • handful of chocolate chips
  • handful of mini marshmallows
  • 1 tbl butter
  • graham crackers

Instructions

  • Layer the bottom of the cast iron skillet with mini chocolate chips, and top with 1 TBL butter.  Cook over med. heat until melted.  Stir until smooth and the bottom of the skillet is covered.  Top with mini marshmallows and cook in 400-degree oven until marshmallows are toasty brown. ( approx. 4 min.)  DO NOT OVERCOOK.
