Super Bowl Prime Rib Sliders

I love football and love to host a Super Bowl Party every year.  It is so fun to get everyone together to watch the big game and of course eat.

I love having all kinds of snacks – Grab a few things from the freezer section of the grocery store to pop in the oven and then a few that I make from scratch.

Ingredients

  • 1 Pkg Hawaiian Sweet Rolls 12
  • 1 Lb. sliced deli prime rib roast beef
  • 12 slices provolone cheese
  • 1 Pkg. Aus Juice mix

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350.  Prepare Au Jus mix according to package instructions.  Slice the entire package of Hawaiian rolls into.  You will have 12 tops and 12 bottoms still joined together.  Place the bottoms in a baking dish.  Pour a small amount of au jus over them, do not drown them.  Add 1 large slice of prime rib to each roll and then top with a slice of provolone cheese.  Spoon a little more of the au jus over the tops of the rolls.  Bake uncovered until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden brown.  When done, cut them apart into 12 separate rolls.  Serve with the rest of the au jus in a bowl for dipping.

Notes

These are great for any gathering and so easy to make.  I keep the ingredients on hand all the time so I can make some in minutes.

Marty, I’m not even a football fan but I’ll come to YOUR football party just for the food! Those are the best looking sliders I’ve seen.
