With fall right on our heels, I am eager to switch up a few things.  Since I just did a fun refresh for the Guest Bedroom I thought it would be fun to start there with a few fall changes.  How to Easily Transition Summer To Fall – Guest Bedroom. Today I am joining a fun group of ladies sharing some Early Fall Inspiration hosted by Pasha @ Pasha Is Home.  If you came over from A Life Unfolding, I am sure you loved Libbie’s 7 Easy Ways To Transition Your Home To Fall.  She shares some great tips and ideas. When I am changing things up for the different seasons, I always like to start with something simple.  I love to be able to keep the basics in a room, then change a few accessories for a completely different look.

This is how the Guest Bedroom looked after its Summer Refresh.  New art and white bedding were the only new additions but they changed the look and feel of the entire room.

Starting with this as the base for fall, all I had to do was change just a couple of things.  I added one more pillow and switched out the throw blanket.  Instant Fall.

A welcome basket on the bed holds a candle, plant, and some mints.  Just enough to say welcome.  One small leather pumpkin adds a touch of fall to the tray.

If you start with a neutral base, then you can switch out to any season or color scheme in a minute.  Such a fun way to Easily Transition Summer To Fall – Guest Bedroom.

Your post helped me decide to leave my white quilt on the guest bed for Fall. I had already changed the art and added a fallish throw, so I guess I’m on course. Thanks.
