Winter Garden Clean UP.

I love our backyard and spend tons of time there.  It has always been our favorite place to be since we moved into this house and finished the pool.  Landscaping around the pool has been an ongoing process.  I love flowers, so adding new annuals around the pool is always on my list of things to do for Spring.  We’ve had tons of rain since Christmas.   We suddenly had a few warm days,  so it’s time for a Winter Garden Clean UP.  Our winters are typically 70-degree days, so this is usually the time of year we really enjoy being outside and planting some new flowers.

Time to wash down the pool deck and clean the table and chairs.  Everything got a good scrubbing and it looks so clean and fresh.  All of the bushes and shrubs were pruned and trimmed too.

This side of the yard is cleaned and the garden area is ready to plant a Spring Garden soon.

I always love to look at this picture to remind me of what this yard looked like when we bought the house.  Six months later we had our paradise.

For a little peek into how it all came about, check out our Backyard Makeover.

Now if the weather will just stay gorgeous.  Winter is the perfect time to enjoy our backyard and patio.

Now that the Winter Garden Clean Up is done, I think I will find some more flowers and add even more color to the yard for Spring.
