July Pinterest Challenge

It is always fun to join in with some fabulous ladies to share our interpretations of the July Pinterest Challenge. Hosted by Cindy @ Country Road 407.

Today’s challenge comes from Home Is Where The Boat Is.  We were challenged to interpret her wonderful lemon floral bouquet arrangement.  This is absolutely stunning, so I need to get creative.

I love having something pretty on my island, so this was the perfect place to try and create a pretty summer look.   I had some lemons and some pretty white flowers similar to the ones in the inspiration bouquet, so I created my inspiration version.

The yellow lemons tie in with my yellow frenchy pig.

I like to keep the kitchen clean and simple and this is just enough to add some pretty sunshine to the room.

If you came over from Yellow Brick Road I am sure you loved her take on this petty lemon theme.    Then next up be sure to check out Decor To Adore and she what she came up with.

Be sure to check out all the other participants in the links below, there are so many fabulous links to check out.

Your tray with the pretty arrangement that you made along with the cloche and salt and pepper shakers looks great on your kitchen island. Love that pig (I think I have admired him for years.) Continuing to pray for Jim. Hoping that each day he is improving.
