Velvet, Plaid and Spicy colors to brighten up the Master Bedroom Christmas this year. Slowly but surely I am getting most of the house decorated. It has been a little hard for me to get into the spirit, but I am trying. The last room to do was the Master Bedroom. Jim always liked to have the bedroom with a little Christmas fluff. I pulled out a few things that I knew he would like and created a touch of Christmas. He loved this pillow that I used for our 2019 Christmas Home Tour, so I was sure he would like it on the bed. He also loved color, so I’ve got that covered too.
There really isn’t room for a tree in here, so I just did some pretty packages, pillows, and throw. I think letting all the pretty color shine is perfect.
On the dresser, I added my favorite carolers. They are so beautifully dressed in velvet and mink. A small tree and flying reindeer finish off the vignette.
I love the colors in this plaid throw. Rust or Pumpkin colors are a favorite of mine, I love using them all year long.
This Pumpkin, Spice, and Everything Nice velvet pillow has such a great rich color. It really pairs well with the throw.
I love how the luggage leather chair ties in with the rich rust colors too.
Now the room looks cheerful and happy and he would love that.

I think this finishes off the Master Bedroom Christmas, and I only have a couple more presents to buy, so I am just about ready for Santa to make an appearance. Our’s will be small this year. We aren’t having a huge family gathering like we usually do. Just a small group. Hope you all have a Merry Christmas whether it’s a larger group or just a small gathering like us.
Marty, I know this Christmas is a difficult one for you but you have been steadfast in putting Christmas spirit in your home. I am sure hurband is looking down and smiling and saying job well done!
