Eating Healthy For The New Year.  I know we all say this every year, but we need to make more of an effort to eat healthy.  After my heart surgery on December lst and scare, I am on a mission to make it easy to eat healthy and to share some of my favorite recipes that I love and hope you will too.  I am not into counting calories and going way overboard.  Just have balanced meals and to curb my sweet tooth a little.

Cook Once – 5 Easy Meals.  These recipes are staples in our home.  I think you will love them all.

Easy Entertaining – Make Ahead Garlic and Mushroom Chicken.

Cooking Light – Easy Penne Alfredo. 

10 Bean and Ham Soup. 

Easy Chicken Noodle Soup – (Low Cal)

Keep i t simple and keep it light and you will be eating a whole lot healthier all year long.
